FAQs

Do you accept insurance?
At this time, we do not accept insurance. However, we do accept HSA and FSA cards!  You are able to book your appointment online using your HSA or FSA card.

How do I know which service to book?
All of our sessions are priced based on time, not specific service.  Once you arrive for your appointment, your therapist will assess your needs and determine the most appropriate therapies for you, so don’t stress if you think you booked the wrong service.

For example, if you book a manual lymphatic drainage session but would also benefit from scar tissue work, both can be addressed within the same appointment. There is no “wrong” service—we will tailor each session to your individual needs!

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service amount.  Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.  We appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to maintain the highest level of care and availability for all of our clients.

Do you see post-surgical or post-operative clients? How many sessions are recommended?
Yes, we regularly work with post-surgical clients.  Depending on the procedure, we generally recommend waiting one to two weeks after surgery before beginning manual lymphatic drainage, though this may vary on a case-by-case basis, and should be guided by your surgeon’s recommendations.

While individual needs vary, a general guideline is one session per week for approximately six weeks, beginning in the first or second week after surgery.

**We highly recommend booking your sessions prior to your surgery, as spots do fill up quickly.

Do you see clients who still have drains?
We ask that you receive clearance from your surgeon, but so long as your surgeon is comfortable with it, we do see clients with drains in after surgery.

Do you treat lipedema?
Yes. We offer both manual lymphatic drainage and myofascial release therapies for individuals with lipedema. We are also happy to provide guidance on lifestyle modification and compression garment recommendations to support your treatment plan.

Do you provide lymphedema bandaging?
As certified lymphedema therapists, we are fully qualified to provide lymphedema wrapping and bandaging for any extremity; however, we do not supply bandaging materials.  Clients wishing to undergo wrapping are asked to bring their own supplies to their appointment.

Do you have a waitlist?
Yes. Due to high demand, appointments often book quickly.  If you would like to be added to our waitlist and notified of any cancellations or openings, please leave us a voicemail or send us an email, and we will be happy to add you.

Can you receive manual lymphatic drainage while pregnant?
Yes.  Manual lymphatic drainage tends to be most needed and most beneficial in the second and third trimesters, when swelling starts to increase.  That being said we can see you at any point throughout your pregnancy, as well as postpartum.
