Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens and plans can change. However, because appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, we kindly ask for advanced notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service amount. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged a full service amount. We appreciate your understanding, as we maintain the highest level of service for all of our clients.
